The Inconel 725 Fasteners is manufactured by using nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy material which is known as UNS N07725 and precipitation hardening used so as to obtain excellent tensile strength and excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, chloride corrosion, sulfides stress corrosion cracking and aggressive chemical environments. There are various types of products which include the hex bolts, nuts, screws, threaded rods, and stud bolts. These products are used in the offshore, marine and oil & gas and chemicals process industry.

API 6CRA Inconel 725 Fasteners - Overview

Inconel 725 fasteners are precipitation-hardened, nickel-alloy fasteners with a high strength designed for high-performance use. These fasteners, constructed from UNS N07725 / Inconel Alloy 725, were specifically designed for service where severe corrosion to the sea water, hydrogen embrittlement, sulfide stress cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion is prevalent. The mechanical strength, combined with the corrosion-resistant nature of ASTM B166 Inconel 725 fasteners have led to the increasing usage in oil and gas, sub-sea equipment, power generation, chemical process plants, marine engineering and offshore platforms.

We are manufacturing and supplying a complete series of Inconel 725 Hex Bolts, ASME SB166 Inconel 725 Hex Nut, JIS NCF 725 Bolt, UNS N07725 Stud Bolt, JIS NCF 725 Threaded Rod, Inconel 725 Screws, Alloy 725 Heavy Hex Bolts and Inconel 725 Hex Head Screws both standard sizes and special dimensions. All products are produced with rigorous quality controls.

What is Inconel Alloy 725?

Inconel Alloy 725 is a nickel based superalloy; this is in essence Alloy 625, but with added titanium and niobium. Added titanium and niobium means that the alloy can be age hardened thus drastically increasing the mechanical strength of the alloy but maintaining its resistance to corrosion.

The alloy boasts the resistance to corrosion properties of Alloy 625 along with mechanical strength more typical of precipitation-hardened alloys performing at high levels. For these reasons Inconel 725 Fasteners are well suited to applications involving extreme pressure, aggressive chemicals, and subsea conditions.

Key Features of Inconel 725 Fasteners

  • Outstanding corrosion resistance
  • Excellent resistance to seawater exposure
  • Superior resistance to sulfide stress cracking
  • High tensile and yield strength
  • Excellent fatigue resistance
  • Resistance to hydrogen embrittlement
  • Long service life in aggressive environments
  • Excellent weldability and fabrication properties
